Choose free collection or local delivery. We confirm the delivery charge and timing before payment, then arrange handover when your order is ready.
Send the best file you have.
Original JPEG, TIFF, PNG and HEIC files can be assessed. Avoid screenshots, repeatedly downloaded social-media images and images embedded in documents where an original is available.
Describe your prints, then upload your images directly in the enquiry form. For larger files or batches, you can include a download link instead. If you need help sending your files, contact us. Send original files without compression wherever possible.
Tell us the product, size, quantity and deadline you have in mind. Include paper finish, canvas depth and edge, or frame and mount preferences if you know them.
We check before you commit.
We assess resolution, aspect ratio, crop, focus and obvious compression, noise or colour issues at the requested size. A high-resolution file can still be blurred.
If the image needs a material crop, we explain or show it for approval. Where quality is limited, we may suggest a smaller print, a better file, borders or cancellation before production.
You approve the product, size, quantity, finish, crop, options and final price in writing. Approval by email, message or signed order form is acceptable.
Payment & production
Full payment by bank transfer is required before production, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Payment instructions are supplied privately when your order is confirmed.
We prepare a working copy of the approved image, print and finish your order, then check it against the agreed specification. Detailed editing is quoted before work begins.
When will it be ready?
- Photo and fine-art prints: 3–5 working days.
- Canvas and framed prints: 5–7 working days.
- Custom, complex or urgent work: confirmed individually.
Targets start after approval and cleared payment. They are not guaranteed deadlines; the completion date confirmed for your order takes precedence.
Free collection and local delivery options.
Free collection is by appointment from Llanddona. Delivery across Anglesey and the Bangor and Caernarfon areas is free for orders of £50 or more, or £7.50 below £50. The threshold applies to the order value before delivery charges. We confirm availability and timing using your postcode before payment. Other locations and postal delivery are quoted individually. Please check your order promptly after handover and let us know if there is a problem.
